We are IBRAHIM RESEARCH LAB, an interdisciplinary Research Lab based in the Chemistry and Physics Department at the State University of New York at Old Westbury. We synthesize novel materials that address the complexities of world's immerging health problems. 

 

We have research expertise in nanomedicine — the interface of chemistry, nanotechnology, and life sciences.

We are experienced in the synthesis of variety of lipids, lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation development, and in vitro and in vivo assessment of the LNP formulations.
